By using Etown Business Center services, you agree to these Terms:

1. Etown Business Center are leased only for office purpose.

2. Rent and fees must be paid on time as per the lease agreement.

3. Lessees are responsible for licenses, insurance, and compliance with laws.

4. Executive Office Suites and common areas must be kept clean and undamaged.

5. Etown Business Center is not liable for loss, theft, or damage to personal property.

6. Lessees must not engage in illegal, hazardous, or disruptive activities.

7. Etown Business Center may send service and promotional updates via SMS/email; you can opt out anytime.

8. Either party may terminate the lease per the notice period in the agreement.

9. Etown Business Center reserves the right to update these Terms; continued use means acceptance.
